Team Building Challenges At Elsewhere Offsite Retreats
No off-the-shelf activities here. Each team building challenge is unique to Elsewhere, ensuring your team experiences something fresh and engaging.
At Elsewhere, we believe team building should be more than just a checkbox on your retreat agenda. Our experiences are crafted in-house, designed to break the mold and offer your team something truly memorable.
Find space in your offsite for 90 minutes to 4 hours of high-energy, low-pressure fun.
Our signature outdoor experiences include Master Chef: Farmyard Edition- a challenge that’s part culinary showdown, part countryside chaos. Teams must forage for their own ingredients: milk a cow, churn butter, drive a tractor, collect fresh eggs, and squeeze in a quick round of goat yoga. They then build open fires to cook omelettes using their gathered goods, before presenting their dish to our Executive Chef, Theo Michaels (yes, the MasterChef semi-finalist), for the final judgement.
Then there’s Survive Amersham- a high-energy, back-to-nature mission. Armed with CB radios, teams take on a series of challenges including cracking Morse code, building shelters, cooking whole fish (post the legendary Elsewhere “fish selfie”), lighting fires without matches, and crafting a team flag from bedsheets. The finale? A race to decode GPS coordinates and rescue teammates literally stuck in the mud.
Our activities are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all team members, regardless of background or ability. See below for the full line-up.
Got dates in mind? We’ll do the rest.
We’ll take care of everything- so you can focus on your team.

‘Two months later, we’re still talking about it’
“We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our team away trip with Elsewhere. Hill House was the perfect location for a summer getaway, the staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating, and we were spoilt for choice of activities with the tennis courts, the croquet lawn, and the games room! The catering was to a very high standard, and we particularly enjoyed the luxury BBQ and pizza making!
The highlight of the trip would undoubtedly be the bomb deactivation exercise – it was innovative and engaging and proved to be a real bonding experience for all of the team (even if some of us came out with a couple of scratches!). Two months later we are still talking about how much fun we had – a big thanks from us all at Deloitte to the Elsewhere team for making our trip an unforgettable experience.”
