It all starts with the 24 hour rate at the right-sized Elsewhere venue.
We’ll help you choose the best-fit Elsewhere venue based on:
Locations of your staff and travel goals
Your offsite requirements
Number of sole occupancy/ shared bedrooms required
Type of accommodation- eg Manor House, Campus or Glamping
Overnight and daytime requirements
Your target dates and availability
What you have done previously/ where you have been before
A preference for any specific team building activities

It’s a big package and includes all of this:
Exclusive access to a character-rich Elsewhere venue
Fully furnished presentation and break-out spaces
Either sole occupancy or shared bedrooms
Full planning, coordination, and on-the-ground event management by your dedicated event manager, ensuring consistency all the way through
All meals; breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break and dinner
Beautiful menus including working lunches, buffets, swing grill BBQs, giant smoker, street food, wood-fired pizzas, gala dinners and 3 course menus
All-day grazing table including unlimited branded soft drinks, fruit, snacks, sweets and juices

Pricing.
Our pricing is super-simple and easy to calculate.
As a starting point, the 24 hour rate for sole occupancy is £295pp + VAT and £250pp + VAT for shared bedrooms (twins) at most Elsewhere locations- and includes everything listed in the ‘corporate retreat package’ above.
Your retreat can start and end whenever you like and pricing expectations can be anchored around the listed 24 hour rate. Your event can span multiple days and part days and we calculate the overall cost based on your time with us.
Options.
Add in any team building activities, alcohol, marquees for festival-style events and wellness elements (including yoga, mobile sauna and cold plunge baths) as needed.
We can also help you with any speakers and facilitators.
