Team Building Challenge: Classic Sports Day

We’ve created all our own team building experiences. They are unique to Elsewhere and we run them at all of our corporate retreats.

Sometimes you just want a good old fashioned sports day. With Summertime favourites including tug of war, three-legged races, wheel-barrows, sack race, egg and spoon and classic bean bag tossing.

It’s great fun, super tongue in cheek, and a great way to get outdoors, get the energy levels up and play around with your team during the British Summer.

There’s a scorer with megaphone and 10ft scoreboard for good measure.

And in a departure from school-time memories we can up the ante this year and add into the mix an elegant Pimm’s tent and you’re good to go. With Pimm’s flags and our Pimm’s giant deck chair, you are sending out the British Summertime vibes.

Or dial in an ice cream truck (or perhaps take both). Either way, hanging out with your team at an Elsewhere offsite in the Summer is a sure-fire way of bringing your team together and to see everyone smiling.

And if you a fancy a beautiful afternoon tea from our vintage china (with gorgeous and locally produced triple decker cream cakes) that’s no problem either. That’s very easy for us to arrange.

This year, enjoy a Classic Sports Day afternoon at your Elsewhere corporate retreat. We’re super-flexible and will work whatever you need into your event schedule.

If the weather is looking super hot then we can set up some shade for you and also put out benches along the race track. As ever, just speak to your event manager and all of this detail comes as standard.

It’s a very simple and stripped back example of Elsewhere team building and sometimes that’s exactly what you need!
