It’s your own complex- made up of a whopping all year round 24 hour licensed marquee for music and drinks, bedrooms in the main house and barn, the stables bedrooms complex, shepherds huts and all-year-around safari tents.

There’s a restaurant, outdoors pizza huts, 3 amazing bars, an outdoor grill and lots of al fresco dining, best in class conference AV with Starlink WiFi… and your own hot tub- amongst much, much more.

Exclusive hire of the whole site, comes alive at night

We sleep 50 as standard and then with all of our bell tents and festival gear we drop in, we can accommodate in excess of 200 people from April to November. All just a stones throw from Sandwich, Deal and Margate….

Or if you’d prefer your own bedrooms, then our Land Rovers take you back to additional en-suite bedrooms, less than 5 minutes away.

Easy to get to, harder to leave :)

And when you get off the train, we’re there to meet you in our super-cool old Land Rovers. It’s all part of the service and comes with no extra cost.
